    Hi, it´s rare… the hover zoom (desktop) of some products works fine but majority only work for the first image, the later get just drag a little

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP login details, so I can check and give you a possible solution.

    Hi, deactivated all, just kept safe svg , woocommerce, and woodmart core. Problem still the same, I also tried changing the product gallery in my custom design but that creates different problems regarding zoom. I didn´t notice when this bug appeared until now but it´s not conflict with plugins… Here are the credentials:

    Try to disable the custom layout for the single product page in Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Layouts and test how it works. Let me know if it helps.

    Hi, didn´t work. I disabled the custom layout but the zoom problem is the same it just won a little more movement when hovering. I´m attaching 4 pictures… white background is the picture that has normal zoom on hover, you can see the product with and without zoom… second picture with the model you can see how little zoom it gets. In case you need to im giving login credentials. Hoping to fix this soon since site is about to get live.

    Hello,

    I’ve checked your site, and the zoom issue is happening because you are using a custom layout for the single product page. In this layout, the product gallery is very long, so the main image is displayed in a large size, leaving very little space for the hover zoom effect to work properly. This is why some images seem to zoom only slightly.

    Here’s what I recommend:

    Test without the custom layout: Temporarily disable the custom layout in Dashboard > WoodMart > Layouts and check if the zoom works correctly on standard products.

    Optimize image size: For the best zoom effect, upload product images around 800×800 px. Larger images can reduce the hover zoom effect, especially if the layout stretches them.

    After adjusting image sizes, test a few products to ensure the zoom behaves consistently across the site.

    This should resolve the hover zoom issue and make it consistent for all products.

    Hi I think we might actually found a bug on this one:

    I switch to no custom layout for second time just to try. You are right, gallery is smaller on the “native” gallery… However zoom is still inconsistent. Below you have 2 links, their behaviour didn´t change regarding using custom layout or “original” layout.

    Another thing to keep in mind is that some products´s zoom is working correct… Problem is active on several products but not all… All my products pictures are same dimmensions… So I think this could be a bug.

    Hello,

    Please try to disable the lazy loading from the LightSpeed and our Lazy loading from Theme settings -> Performance -> Lazy loading -> Lazy loading for images and check the issue after clearing the cache.

    That recommendation works… However only lazy load from woodmart was activated
    We tested disabling Woodmart Lazy Load, LiteSpeed Lazy Load was originally deactivated.
    The hover zoom works consistently on all images once Woodmart Lazy Load is disabled.
    It seems the issue is caused by Woodmart Lazy Load interfering with image zoom initialization.

    Even tested disabling wordpress native lazy load and woodmart´s lazy load on, issue persist.
    Disabling both and letting LiteSpeed handle lazy loading fixes the zoom issue completely.
