Products on shop page disappeared

    Hello.

    I encountered the following problem: all products have disappeared from the Shop page. At the same time, if you go to any category, the products are displayed there correctly – they are visible, and you can go to the product pages without any problems.

    That is, the problem occurs precisely on the general Shop page, where there should be a general listing of all products. Yesterday everything worked correctly, and today the products from this page have disappeared without any obvious changes on our part.

    Please tell me what this could be connected with and what should be checked or done to solve the problem.

    Please resave permalinks via Settings > Permalinks and double-check the issue after completely clearing the cache.

    Could you please check the gap on the left side of the website? As you can see on the screenshoot, there is additional space on the left and the right side a little bit is hidden

    Hello,

    Navigate to Layouts > Product Archive Layout (Elementor):

    Edit the container that contains the Shop title > Set Content Width to Full Width > Make sure Left / Right margin or padding is not set to negative values > Check Advanced > Positioning and ensure it’s set to Default.

    Thanks but this extra space you can see thought whole the website, not only the shop page. Could you check it?

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I can check and give you a possible solution.

    Hello,

    I’ve checked your shop page, and at the moment, all products are displaying correctly — I’m not seeing the issue where products disappear.

    For now, please disable all types of caching, including:

    • Server-side cache
    • Any website caching or optimization plugins
    • CDN cache (if you’re using one)
    • Browser cache during testing

    Caching is the most common reason for this kind of intermittent product disappearance, so disabling all cache layers will help us identify the real cause.
