Issue with Frozen Products in Layout Tab

    Hello,

    For some time now, the products in the layout shown in this screenshot https://go.screenpal.com/watch/cOV220nr5YV
    have not been changing at all and appear to be “frozen.” The products do not rotate or update like in the other tabs.

    Previously, they were updated based on new orders and the products from those orders, but now several new orders have come in and nothing changes anymore.

    Could you please check what might be causing this issue?

    Hello,

    Please make sure that you have some completed orders in your store, as the “Best Seller” tab only displays products based on completed orders.
