Hello,
The tooltip (hover text) for attribute icons is generated automatically from the attribute term name / slug, not from the custom image label. The custom image only controls the visual icon, while the hover text still comes from the term data.
That is why, when the term slug contains something like:
perkant-prekiu-uz-1500-ir-daugiau-jums-priklauso-dovana
it is also used as the hover title on the product image.
If you want to disable this, Try to add the following custom css code in Theme Settings > Custom CSS.
