ivoltbgParticipantHello,
from the new update 8.3.9, my entire website has broken. I have already cleared the browser cache before testing. I am attaching a video: https://go.screenpal.com/watch/cOVbQMnrsym
I would appreciate your assistance.
Best regards,
NikolaJanuary 17, 2026 at 2:55 pm #704855
ivoltbgParticipantUpdate:
Hello, I made it more practical and easier for you. Using WP Staging, I created a backup before performing the update, and here I show you how to restore the backup from before the update: https://somup.com/cOVbXsSxaK
I’m attaching your new login details in the hidden section.

NikolaJanuary 17, 2026 at 7:55 pm #704880Hello,
Theme updates normally don’t break the layout by themselves, so in most cases this happens because of a conflict with a plugin, custom code, cache, or outdated overrides.
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I can check and give you a possible solution.

ivoltbgParticipantHello,
You were right – the issue was related to the SiteGround Optimizer plugin, which combines CSS and JS files. During the update, this was likely causing a conflict. I had previously tried deactivating all snippets and custom code, but that didn’t solve the issue. After the update, I reactivated the SiteGround Optimizer plugin, and everything worked fine.
However, I now have a different problem which I don’t know if it is related to WoodMart’s update. After updating the theme, the WordPress Updates section keeps showing the message:
“Updates may take several minutes to complete. If there is no feedback after 5 minutes, or if there are errors please refer to the Help section above.”
I’ve attached the log for you to review. I read in forums that this can sometimes be caused by certain “languages” folder, but I’m not sure how to identify or fix it.
Could you please into log and my website, please?
Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards, Nikola

ivoltbgParticipantI am adding following to my previous answer: you can check debug.log here: https://pastebin.com/GsycB26p
January 19, 2026 at 10:49 am #704988Hello,
I checked it, and the issue is not related to WoodMart. The log shows a fatal error coming from the WP Maintenance Mode plugin:
PHP Fatal error: Class "ThemeIsle\GutenbergBlocks\CSS\CSS_Handler" not foundTemporarily deactivate WP Maintenance Mode and check if the Updates page works. If needed, update or reinstall the plugin. If you do not use it, you can safely remove it.
Clear any cache (SiteGround Optimizer, browser cache) after making changes.
After disabling or fixing the plugin, the stuck update message should disappear.
Best Regards

ivoltbgParticipantHello,
I just removed plugin. Do you know some simple solution for turning on WP Maintenance mode without plugins and using the page for maintenance mode from WoodMart?
Best regards, Nikola
January 19, 2026 at 4:48 pm #705095Hello,
You do not need to use a maintenance plugin. You need to create a page with the Maintenance mode content, set the Maintenance template in the page settings, and enable the Maintenance mode in the Theme Settings > Maintenance mode.

ivoltbgParticipantHello,
I’m experiencing an issue with this page. It displays correctly on desktop, but on tablet and mobile it does not fill the entire page. Additionally, the filter section that appears at the bottom does not hide as expected.
Could you please take a look? You can try using the maint.mode on my staging site with the access credentials from this comment.

ivoltbgParticipantUpdate: I changed the page itself to Maintenance from the page settings so it would display in fullscreen. However, the remaining issue is that on tablet and mobile it doesn’t take up the full screen – it stays centered with white space at the bottom. You can check this on the staging site using the access credentials I gave you.
January 20, 2026 at 11:41 am #705224Hello,
Try to add the following custom css code in Theme Settings > Custom CSS:
.page-template-maintenance .wd-toolbar { display: none !important; }Best Regards,

ivoltbgParticipantHello,
it doesn’t work. See image: https://go.screenpal.com/watch/cOVYIonrSHn
Also I noticed that the “Access key for maintenance mode” isn’t working: https://staging9.ivolt.bg/?suppress_maintenance

January 21, 2026 at 9:43 am #705421Hello,
01. Try to Import maintenance template, navigate to WoodMart > Pre-Built Websites > Additional Pages.
See Screenshot for clarification: https://ibb.co/PGkBq67D
02. You just need to put suppress_maintenance only, without ?.

ivoltbgParticipantHi, please do not enable maintenance mode on the main site; do it on staging9.ivolt.bg.
Regarding what you mentioned, I entered https://ivolt.bg/checking
, but I still can’t access the site… I can’t figure out how it works.Best regards,
