HTML Blocks the subcategory page breaks

When I go to the subcategories (Bestsellers Basic collection SS 26 “Born to EXPLORE”) from the COLLECTIVE page, my photo stretches like on screen 1, when I reload the page shift+command+R, the block and the photo become the way I make them in the html layout (screen 2) – when I immediately go to a subcategory from the menu, everything is fine – the problem turns out to be precisely when I go from the KOLEKII page, because I have a preset for the subcategories – how can I do something from the KOLEKII page without reloading the page, a boring layout opens up for me? here are the preset settings of subcategories – what do you need to pay here?

Sorry to say I am unable to see the issue on your site when visiting the best seller collection page. Could you please record a short video and describe how we can reproduce the issue so we can check this for you?

in the video you can see that if you go to a category from the collection page, the block about the collection stretches to the entire screen (stretches) – and if you go to a category from the menu (it immediately goes to the right category), then the block is as it should be.

Please update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 8.3.9 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the option: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/
If the issue remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

I updated the theme version to the latest one, but the problem persists… please note that if you open the subcategory page from the category page, the block stretches to the entire screen, and when the site is restarted, the block becomes the way it is needed and the way it is immediately opened when you go to the subcategory from the subcategory page.

Looks like it’s a cache issue. I kindly recommend you to purge the cache of CDN, or disable it temporarily and double check.
