Footer colors not displaying

    Hello,

    I created a footer through an HTML block and connected through Woodmart in the settings. However i want to also add a section/container below the footer preferably or above that includes a sign up form. I have created it in the same HTML block in elementor but even though in elementor the design is great for all devices, when live, the color disappears and the background is white. I have been trying for many hours to fix it. Any help please?

    Also i created a new html block only for this section and added it through woodmart in the orefooter, however the problem still remains.

    Also the same happens when i tried using the cookies consent through the woodmart settings. The colors were off and it appeared broken so i turned it off and used a plugin for cookies consent. I’m not sure if these 2 issues are related just mentioning it.

    Hello again,

    I have been trying to find the problem but still i cannot resolve it. I created a few new html blocks and used them as footers but they all seem to “brake” when the site is live.

    Hello,

    Yes, please find attached. The desired design is the one that shows in desired1, the file NOT desired is the current state of the live footer when added as an HTML.

    The other 2 screenshots are test that i did with a different HTML block which also had a problem when live.

    Hello,

    Please update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 8.3.9 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the option: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

    If the issue remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    If the issue still remains, let me know and I will check and give you a possible solution.
