bdgaraj1ParticipantHi,
I’ve imported the WoodMart Motorcycle Demo, but I’m experiencing a critical issue with the main slider on the homepage.
The Problem:
There are 3 slides in the slider.
When I click the navigation arrow to move from the 1st slide to the 2nd, the arrows immediately become unresponsive.
The infinite loop/autoplay is not working; it just freezes on the second slide.
What I’ve Done So Far:
I am using the default demo settings.
I tried reinstalling the demo and the theme completely, but the issue persists.
I haven’t added any custom code that could interfere with the slider.
Can you please check why the slider doesn’t allow continuous navigation and why it freezes after the first interaction?
Additionally, some transition effects are not working correctly. The animations between slides look broken or don’t trigger at all.
Thank you.

bdgaraj1ParticipantI tried the same computer with a different browser. The result was the same. I tried a different computer and it worked. But the site is under development and is ruining my user experience.

January 21, 2026 at 12:56 pm #705470Hello,
Thanks for the additional details. I’ve checked your site thoroughly, and the slider is functioning correctly, arrows, autoplay, and transitions all work as expected.
It seems the issue might be specific to the computer or browser you were using, since you mentioned it works fine on another computer. Sometimes, browser cache or extensions can interfere with slider scripts during development.
To make sure everything works smoothly for you, I recommend:- Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Disable any browser extensions temporarily.
- If using a development build with caching plugins, temporarily disable them. Once these steps are done, the slider should behave correctly.

bdgaraj1ParticipantI tried Chrome and Opera browsers on the same computer, and as I said, they came with the demo settings; they never worked on this computer. Besides that, I tried your suggestions, but without success. I’ve also installed Brave and Firefox now. The result is unsuccessful.

bdgaraj1ParticipantAdditionally, I tried putting the site into maintenance mode. Even though I cleaned it with LiteSpeed, maintenance mode doesn’t work.

01. Please try to test the issue in an incognito/private window and check the issue.
02. You need to create a page with the Maintenance mode content, set the Maintenance template in the page settings, and enable the Maintenance mode in the Theme Settings > Maintenance mode and check the issue as a guest user not as logged in as admin.

bdgaraj1ParticipantYour last suggestion solved the maintenance mode issue.
The slider template that comes with the Woodmart theme isn’t working as it did in the first video I uploaded. I tried incognito mode. I tried different browsers. None of them solved the problem.
January 23, 2026 at 9:52 am #705730Hello,
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I can check and give you a possible solution.
