Wishlist feature does not work properly

    Hi!

    I have activated the favorites feature for my products on my website. When you click on a product, you can add it to your favorites, the icon changes, and you can click to go to the favorites page.

    So far, so good.

    The problem arises on the favorites page itself, when you have your favorites added but cannot delete them.

    I’ve tried everything: enabling and disabling plugins to find incompatibilities, updating all plugins and the theme itself, using cache plugins, excluding the favorites page from the cache plugin… but nothing works. When you click on “delete,” the URL changes and adds a /# and does nothing else.

    I need assistance please! Thanks!

    Sorry to say I am unable to see the issue on your site. It is just reloading your site. Could you please record a short video and describe how we can reproduce the issue so we can check this for you?

    Hello,

    Make sure that you have defined the page for the Wishlist in Theme Settings -> Shop -> Wishlist, Also that page should have [woodmart_wishlist] shortcode.

    If the issue still remains, deactivate the third party plugins on your site and check how it works. If the issue still persists, give the site access as an administrative role so I can check and give you a possible solution.
