Mailchimp Integration Not Working – API Key Error

    Hello Xtemos Support Team,

    I’m experiencing an issue with the Mailchimp integration in my WooCommerce theme.

    The Mailchimp form is not working and displays the following error message:

    “You need to configure your Mailchimp API key for this form to work properly.”

    Could you please help me troubleshoot this issue or let me know if there are additional settings I need to configure?

    Hello,

    It seems that the API is not configured correctly. You need to connect it through the API key with your Mailchimp account. Please read the plugin documentation in the following link for help:

    Hi there,

    thank you for the prompt reply. It says it needs API Code? is this something you provide or should customers make a purchase?

    Hello,

    The API key is provided by Mailchimp, not by WoodMart and it does not require any purchase from us.

    You can generate it in your Mailchimp account. You can get the api key from this link:
    https://admin.mailchimp.com/account/api
