Header problems

    Hi,
    we found several issues in the header.
    On a laptop, only on the Hungarian site, when I click here: https://www.bougainvilleawebshop.com/shop/ and go to the “Menü ” the dropdown doesn’t open properly (Image 2)
    On other pages it opens fine, and it also works on the English version, just not here. (Image 1) https://www.bougainvilleawebshop.com/en/shop/

    Please see the attachement.

    On Mobile mode: (Image 3 + 4)
    – if you click on the Menu (right side there is an arrow)
    – then for example click on the Craft Nursery
    – my whole website get a grey filter and you can’t click anywhere

    Please help me to solve the header issues.

    Hello.

    1. I have checked the Shop page in the English language, and the menu is working fine on hover. It was a cache issue, just removed the cache from the site, and now it is ok: https://ibb.co/YBfR354S

    2. For the second issue, Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Hello,

    thank you for the first issue.
    Second Issue: I have disabled all plugins that could be turned off while keeping the website visible, but unfortunately the issue is still there. I haven’t re-enabled them yet. Could you please take a look?

    Hello,

    We checked your website and found custom JavaScript code (https://monosnap.ai/file/xwSlD1u088rITJm1xjdONBAg6TYdtE) that breaks the functionality of our mobile menu.

    Please remove this code and test again.
