    Hello WoodMart Support Team,

I recently purchased the WoodMart theme (v8.3.9) and I am experiencing issues after installing it on my website. I would appreciate your guidance to resolve this problem.

I installed the theme on WordPress hosted on Hostinger.

After installation, I noticed that the website is not smooth on desktop:

Sliders and menus move abruptly (jump cut)

Some elements shift suddenly on page load or when scrolling

The mobile version works smoothly; the problem appears only on desktop.

I tried using Elementor Free and importing the demo, and noticed the following:

Without Elementor, the layout breaks (logo position and element sizes are inconsistent).

With Elementor Free activated, some elements move abruptly, and sliders and menus show jump cut behavior.

I do not have Elementor Pro and I want the theme to work correctly with Elementor Free, as indicated in the theme documentation, while keeping the demo layout intact.

    Request:
I need clear instructions on how to install the theme and import the demo so that:

Element sizes and positions remain correct.

There is no jump cut on sliders or menus when scrolling or loading the page on desktop.

The theme works fully with Elementor Free without needing Elementor Pro.

Thank you for your support, and I look forward to your prompt reply.

    Hello,

The issue is that the demo content might not have been imported correctly, or some elements were imported in a different format than expected.

Please try to deactivate the third-party plugins and import the demo again.

Note that our dummy content works only on a fresh installation. If you have some content already, it will conflict with your existing posts, and most of the content will not be imported correctly.

If the issue remains, try to increase the “PHP Max Input Vars” parameter to 10000 or higher in your PHP configuration and import the demo again.

If the issue still remains, share the WP login details so I can further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards,
