liliann.polluksParticipantHi,
The shop sidebar is displayed as “block” after updating the theme to ver 8.3.9. It was working fine with Woodmart 7.6.0.
We had to add CSS fix temporarily, but it looks still not ideal (no gap between sidebar and main content etc):.archive.woocommerce #main-content {
display:flex;
}January 29, 2026 at 8:59 am #706483Hello,
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I can check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards,

liliann.polluksParticipantHi,
We troubleshooted with plugin “Health Check & Troubleshooting”: deactivated all plugins except Woocommerce and ACF and detected Elementor is creating the issue. As Elementor should be compatible with Woodmart I hope you offer a proper fix for us.
Thank you.January 29, 2026 at 5:09 pm #706597
liliann.polluksParticipantI have recorded a video about how turning on Elementor changes the sidebar location.
January 30, 2026 at 10:36 am #706668Hello,
To investigate this properly without affecting your live website. Please try to create a Staging platform where you can test issues, enable/disable features/plugins, thus such changes will affect the main site. Also, share the WP login details of the staging site so I can further check on your staging site and troubleshoot the issue.
The article below will help you to create it: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-staging-environment-for-a-wordpress-site/

liliann.polluksParticipantHello,
Same problem is on staging site where all 3rd party plugins are disabled. I have provided new access details below.
Best regards,
Lili-AnnFebruary 4, 2026 at 2:04 pm #707216Hello,
Thanks for sharing the access details. Unfortunately, your staging site is not loading properly from our side and keeps showing a loading state, so we’re unable to access the dashboard to check the issue at the moment.
Best Regards
