Here is how to resolve the activation issue and set up your second site for development:
1) Check your purchase codes and activations
– Log in to https://xtemos.com/my-account/
– You will see each purchase code and which domains are activated under it.
– If a deleted dev/staging domain is still listed, click Deactivate next to it. You can deactivate even without access to that site.
– If your second ThemeForest license is not added yet, use Add new purchase code to add it to your account.
2) Activate on the correct site
– On the development site: Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme license. Enter the purchase code and enable the Development domain option, then Activate.
– On the live site: Do the same but leave Development domain unchecked.
Important notes
– One purchase code can be used for one live domain plus one development/staging domain for the same project.
– If your second site is a different project, you must use the second purchase code for it (not the same one as the first site).
