    Yesterday, unexpectedly and without explanation, the CSS styles in my store’s sidebar stopped working. 1. The price filter widget lost its slider bar. 2. The product brand attributes layer navigation widget lost the rounded appearance of the brand logo, and the counter appeared right next to the label, also losing its circle. 3. The color attributes layer navigation widget also moved its counter from the right side, where it was correct, to the left side, right next to the label, where it looks wrong. Additionally, the counter also lost its circle.

    These changes appeared suddenly without me making any modifications. Could you help me identify the problem? You can access my site if needed; my login credentials are below.

    Hello,

    Try to install the Classic Widgets plugin and check how it works.
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/

    If the issue remains, please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I can check and give you a possible solution.

    I followed all your instructions one by one, but the problem persists. Below I’ll leave the administrator user credentials so you can investigate the issue further.

    Hello,

    Please try the following:

    Activate the Classic Widgets plugin. Then, add the widgets in the shop page widget area, Check if the sidebar and widget styles are displaying correctly. This should restore the widget styles properly.

    Okay, it’s fixed, but for me it’s extremely important to work with the modern widgets section (without classic widgets) because modern widgets allow me to group widgets and duplicate them to copy them to other blocks. This is important to me because I have hundreds of different filter blocks that I need to edit. If I disable classic widgets again, is it possible that I’ll experience the same problem in the future?

    Hello,

    WoodMart widgets are fully compatible with both Classic and block-based (modern) widgets. The problem you experienced with the sidebar styles is not caused by modern widgets.

    If you deactivate Classic Widgets again, your sidebar should continue working fine — just make sure caching is cleared and there’s no plugin or custom code interfering with the widget styles.

    Hello Woodmart Support Team: I’m experiencing a critical performance issue on my production site (Formotos 2.0).

    The problem: My server’s CPU usage reached 100% immediately after enabling the “Always Load Styles” option in Theme Settings > Performance > CSS (specifically, forcing the styling of the WooCommerce widgets).

    Technical diagnosis: My hosting provider (Cloudways) identified the issue as being caused by an excessive number of REST API requests related to rendering the Woodmart widget.

    Please review the attached screenshots:
    CPU Usage: Shows 100% load on php-fpm processes.

    Main URLs: The server is being overwhelmed with requests to: /wp-json/wp/v2/widget-types/woodmart-woocommerce-layered-nav/render.

    Context:
    I’m using the WordPress block widget system (Gutenberg widgets).
    I have a large number of custom filters created with “Woodmart WooCommerce Layered Navigation.” Before this CPU crash, I was experiencing errors in the CSS styles of these widgets (missing circles in the colors, broken price slider), so I tried forcing the styles to load.
    It seems that the Woodmart widget blocks are causing a REST API loop or excessive render calls, resulting in a DDoS attack on the server when there are many widgets.
    I was forced to install the “Classic Widgets” plugin to stop the API calls and protect my server, but this is only a temporary solution. I need a proper solution to use modern widgets with the correct CSS styles without consuming too much CPU.

    Please advise on a solution to the CSS issues that doesn’t involve enabling options that overload the REST API or having to activate the Classic Widgets plugin. Greetings.

    It seems my only option at this point is to create widgets using classic widgets and continue working with this plugin, which is a problem for me because I have hundreds of filter widgets to create for the hundreds of categories in my store.
    I hope you resolve this filter style issue soon.

    Hello,

    The high CPU usage issue occurs when using a large number of widgets in the block (Gutenberg) editor and causes widgets issue in the Gutenberg editor.

    It seems to be a core WordPress problem not related to our theme. Try to install the Classic Widgets plugin to fix this problem for now https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/

    If you add the same amount of widgets using the Storefront (default WooCommerce) theme you will see the same errors. It is not something caused by our theme directly.
