Auto update translations doesn’t work

Hi, I set Auto update translations in theme settings, saved again settings in dashboard with italian language already active and went to Dashboard → Updates and click the “Check again” nany times but no translation seems to be available.
In WoodMart →Tools → Status I have: “Installed languages: it_IT” (just 1 it_IT) and the theme in frontend is still in english.
This website is in staging but I have the same problem with an other one in production mode and, with a third website, the same same iter works well and the frontend is properly in italian…. what can I check or do to fix the problem?
If you need it, in provate content you can find a temporary admin access.
