01. What you’re seeing there is the Category Page Title (H1), and its text is automatically pulled from Products > Categories.
If you want to use a custom title instead of the category name, you have two options:
- Edit the category itself > Go to Products > Categories and change the category name.
- Use a Custom Layout for the category page and add your own Heading element with custom text and hide the default page title and use your custom H1 instead.
This way you can fully control the title shown on the category page.
