Set up Wholesale Store

    Hello.
    I am creating a website which will be 100% b2b so I was wondering how do I set something like this up since I couldnt find any options available for that.
    So the main features I want to have is
    – No prices unless user is logged in ( as a wholesale customer)
    – Adjusted registration form where he gives name, company name etc (not just an email) . I also want to display these in the account details page in my account
    – User account first has to be accepted before he can buy anything.
    Now I found a plugin (b2bking) that helps for most of these but I couldnt figure out how to edit the registration form with more fields and not just the email.

    Is there any suggestion you might have or a solution you have already integrated I might have missed?

    Hello,

    Woodmart has a built-in option to hide prices and add-to-cart for guests. You can enable it here:

    Theme Settings > Shop > Login to see add to cart and prices. This will hide prices and purchase buttons for non-logged-in users.

    For more advanced B2B features like custom registration fields, manual user approval, or wholesale pricing, you will need a plugin.

    Thank you. So regardless of being a wholesale shop or no, the registration can not change by default? the only field required is the email right? Also do you have a plugin in mind or something you’d suggest works best with YOUR theme?

    Hello,

    The B2BKing plugin does add extended registration options beyond the default WooCommerce form. According to its documentation: https://woocommerce-b2b-plugin.com/docs/extended-registration-and-custom-fields/

    Out of the box, only email and password are required. Woodmart doesn’t add extra fields automatically.

    If you need more fields, unfortunately, there is no such option by default in WoodMart and WooCommerce. You need to find a third-party plugin to achieve more functionality that best suits you.
