Update failed

    I tried to update the theme, but I keep getting an “Unauthorized” error.
    I deactivated the license and activated it again, but the issue still persists.

    I have previously contacted support, however, the problem was not resolved.
    At the moment, I am also unable to sign in to WordPress, and I am not sure why this is happening.

    I need a solution as soon as possible.
    I can provide the full login details and license information to help you investigate and resolve the issue.

    Hello,

    Try to do the following to update the theme:

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

    4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

    i tried but still it will not work i tried every thing you said before or you are going to say i even looked at the problems on other formus but still no work

    Please deactivate the theme first and click on the “Check again” button. We will try to activate and update it again ourselves.

    so i tried to deactivte and after i refresh the page it reactivtes it self so it will not work

    If you can’t deactivate it, then you have a nulled version of the theme installed. In this case, you need to download our theme from ThemeForest and reinstall it completely via Appearance -> Themes -> Add new.

    so i tried but the site keeps crashing and it will not even upload

    Please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily so we can try to install our theme.
