The login is still protected by OTP / 2FA, so we’re unable to access the admin area. The system continues to request a one-time verification code after login.
Please temporarily disable 2FA / OTP protection for this user account (or globally), or create a new admin user without 2FA enabled, so we can log in and adjust the shop category size for you.
Your issue has been resolved. You are currently using separate layouts for the Shop page and the Category pages. To fix the problem, we edited the “Shop Archive Layout – Vegetables” and copied the same container into the “Shop Archive Layout – Vegetables Shop.”
Please check on your end and let us know if everything looks correct.
