    Hi, i am using for a long time of period JetEngine plugin by Crocoblock.
    In the product page, using an HTML Block, i appear before add to cart two dynamic fields (SKU of the product and an attribute called delivery).
    For some time now, after an update, stopped appear the values.
    I contacted with Crocoblock and check it, and their answer was that is not their plugin problem and after a theme change, the values appeared correctly, so i should contact with you.
    Please help.

    Hello,

    Can we turn off/on plugins on your website and switch between themes to see how it should work?

    Could you please send us a link to the page where we can see how it works when we switch the default theme? Because HTML blocks on the products will not be displayed after theme switch.

    When we switch to the default theme, nothing changes. Could you please send us a screenshot of how it works with the default WordPress theme so we can understand what is the difference?

    Here is the answer of crocoblock.

    Kindly note that we are not compatible with the Woodmart Theme and, apparently, you are creating a layout using this theme. Crocoblock is compatible with the following 6 themes: Astra, Hello Elementor, GeneratePress, OceanWP, Kava, and Blocksy. This means our plugins have full integration with these themes, and we guarantee proper functionality in conjunction with them.

    You can consider using Elementor to create the desired layout or contact this theme’s support team to investigate the issue from their side.

    Please give a try to understand me better…
    In this product url as example:
    https://ladylola.promarketing.gr/nees-paralaves/mployzes/2465-mavri-blouza-me-chiasti-ntekolte/
    Should appear 2 dynamic fields using the Jetengine Dynamic fields widget. Is Located in the Html block ‘before add to cart’
    As you can see it is not appear the values.

    In the answer of crocoblock support, they changed theme (elementor theme) and appeared correctly

    Yes, we understand the problem. And we are asking you to reproduce this issue on your website. You are confusing two separate issues: one described by the plugin’s developer and one that you are trying to solve on your product page. But we can’t see how it should work with the default theme.

    You wrote that when you switch to the default theme, these fields appear. But they are not. Please do the test by yourself and provide us with some screenshots or a video. Ignore the information provided by the plugin’s developers for now and let’s focus on the issue you currently see on your website. We need to see that it works with the default theme and doesn’t work with WoodMart. Once we clearly see this on your website, we will be able to help you.

    Unfortunately can’t replacate it in the product page.
    Crocoblock created a section in Elementor and checked that work fine there.
    I searched the problem little more and found that the fields loads correctly, and appears in the sourche code but disappearing instantly from the front end!
    You will see video and images to explain.

    Could you please reupload the video in a smaller size? Or you can use some cloud-based services like Google Drive or Dropbox.

    The problem appears in any product page as we ask for Jetengine to appear SKU.
