A Short Video where I have explained what is the issue with our Theme.

We are experiencing a critical issue on our Cycle Center website related to the WoodMart theme, and we need your urgent assistance.

Issue 1: Checkout Page Not Working

Previously, the checkout page was working correctly using the default WoodMart checkout layout. However, it has suddenly stopped functioning properly.

The checkout button is not clickable.

    The layout appears broken.

The page is not behaving as it should.

When we try to create a new checkout page:

It loads default WordPress (Gutenberg) blocks.

We are unable to edit the checkout page using Elementor.

The WoodMart checkout layout options do not seem to function properly.

Issue 2: Add to Cart Sidebar CSS Broken

On the live website, the Add to Cart sidebar styling (CSS) is broken.

    To troubleshoot:

We deactivated all plugins except Elementor and WoodMart.

    The issue still persists.

When we switch to another theme (e.g., Hello Elementor), everything works correctly.

This confirms the issue is coming specifically from the WoodMart theme.

    We urgently request you to:

Investigate why the WoodMart checkout layout is no longer working.

Explain why we cannot edit the checkout page with Elementor.

Identify why the Add to Cart sidebar CSS is broken.

Provide a solution as soon as possible.

This is a very important client project for us, so we would greatly appreciate a priority response.

    Thank you in advance.

    Hello,

    01. You cannot edit these functional pages like checkout with Elementor directly. Please edit the checkout page and add the checkout shortcode. [woocommerce_checkout] and check how it works.

If the issue remains when the layout is enabled, share the wp logins details so i will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

    02. Navigate to Elementor -> Settings -> Integrations and disable the “Mini Cart Template” then the theme default widget will show without any issue.

    Best Regards,
