Could you please clarify which subscription you want to cancel?
For WoodMart, there is no recurring subscription. The theme license is a one-time purchase, and item support does not auto-renew. If you were trying to stop a support renewal, there is nothing to cancel; renewals are only made manually from your ThemeForest account.
