Please note that the Free Shipping Bar in the theme only displays the progress toward free shipping — it does not automatically activate or deduct the shipping cost.
For free shipping to work correctly, you must also configure it in WooCommerce settings.
You can set a custom Goal amount or make it dependent on the shipping zone from Theme Settings > Shop > Free shipping bar.
