    Hello,

I just discovered that the brand page is no longer working. It’s set up via attributes.
For example, it must work with this url; domain.com/brand/brandname

in the Content visible to you and moderators, an example link

    Hello,

Please resave permalinks via Settings > Permalinks and double-check the issue after completely clearing the cache.

If the issue still persists, please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Best Regards,

    Unfortunately, your tips didn’t help.

I also hadn’t made any changes to the site or plugin recently. Suddenly, I realized it wasn’t working anymore!

I made a clone of the current site. It’s copied completely and nothing has been changed. The URL is in the private section.
It works on the cloned site, even though I didn’t change anything, just made a copy.

Any idea how this is possible?

I don’t know if you did anything, but suddenly it’s working again….

Since that clone, I don’t know why, but it’s working now.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the update.

If it’s working again without any visible changes, the most likely cause was a temporary rewrite rule or caching issue on the server level. Sometimes, permalink structures or object/server cache can become corrupted and then automatically refresh after certain actions (such as cloning the site, which often flushes rewrite rules and cache in the process).

    It’s also possible that:

    • Server-side caching was cleared automatically
    • PHP was restarted by the hosting provider
    • Rewrite rules were regenerated in the background

Since the cloned version worked immediately, this strongly suggests the issue was environment-related rather than a configuration problem in WordPress or the theme.

If the issue happens again, please let us know right away so we can investigate further while it’s still occurring.

For now, if everything is functioning correctly, no further action is needed.

    Best Regards,
