thaifinn.comParticipantHello,
I imported the Pottery demo (https://woodmart.xtemos.com/pottery/) and the homepage carousel/slider is not working. The arrows are visible but clicking them does nothing and the slides do not auto-rotate.
Environment:
– WoodMart version: 8.4.0
– WoodMart Core: 1.1.6
– Elementor version: 3.35.5
– Website: https://mongwo.comWhat I have investigated:
– Checked the Network tab in browser DevTools filtering for “swiper” — no Swiper files are being loaded on the homepage at all
– Ran typeof Swiper in the browser Console — returned undefined, confirming Swiper library is not loaded
– Went to Theme Settings → Performance → JS → Advanced Scripts Controls and set Swiper library to “Always load” — but the problem persistsWhat I have already tried:
– Cleared Elementor cache (Clear Files & Data)
– Reinstalled Elementor
– Deactivated ThumbPress plugin
– WoodMart Patcher shows ALL APPLIED with no pending patchesThe slider works correctly inside the Elementor editor but does not function on the live frontend.
Could you please advise what is causing Swiper to not load on the frontend and how to fix it?
Thank you
February 26, 2026 at 11:37 am #710004Hello,
Thank you for the detailed explanation.
I have checked your website, and the carousel arrows are working correctly on the frontend. The slides are moving properly when clicking the arrows.
See video for clarification: https://jumpshare.com/s/VyGbLOe8yvsrh4glXejm
Additionally, I have imported the same Pottery demo on our test site using the same theme version, and the slider is functioning correctly there as well.
Check back your site and check the issue after completely clearing the site/ browser cache. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.
Best Regards,

thaifinn.comParticipantHello,
Thank you for your quick response. The carousel is now working correctly.
However, I would like to understand what caused the issue and how it was resolved. Did you make any changes on my website? Or was it fixed by the setting I changed earlier (Swiper library set to “Always load” under Theme Settings → Performance → JS)?
Knowing the root cause would help me avoid this issue in the future.
Thank you!

thaifinn.comParticipantHello,
Thank you for your response. However, the slider is still not fully working.
Current behavior:
– The slider works only on the FIRST click
– After the first click, it stops and does not respond to further clicks
– Tested on Chrome, Firefox, and Edge in Incognito mode (no cache)
– Console shows: “JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 3.4.1” but no errorsI believe this may be a compatibility issue between WoodMart and Elementor version 3.35.5, as the slider works correctly inside the Elementor editor but not on the live frontend.
Could you please investigate further? If needed, you may access my website at https://mongwo.com
Thank you!
February 27, 2026 at 9:22 am #710119Hello,
I have checked your site, and the slider is working correctly. I am able to click the arrows multiple times without any issue.
See video for clarification: https://streamable.com/rkxyzz
Please try testing from another device and make sure all caches and browser extensions are disabled.
If the issue persists, kindly share a short screen recording for further investigation.

thaifinn.comParticipantHello,
Thank you for the video. However, the URL bar is not visible in the recording, so I cannot confirm whether the test was done on my actual website (https://mongwo.com) or a different site.
The issue still persists on my end. I have tested on multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) in Incognito mode with all extensions disabled, and the slider still stops after the first click. You can see the issue in the attached video.
Could you please provide a new screen recording that clearly shows the URL bar with https://mongwo.com, so I can confirm the test is being done on my actual site?
Thank you!

thaifinn.comParticipantHello,
Thank you so much for your patience and support. After further investigation, I confirmed that the issue is specific to my computer. The slider works correctly on other devices.
I apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you again for your help!

March 2, 2026 at 3:14 pm #710515Hello,
Thank you very much for the update — no worries at all
I’m glad to hear that the slider is working correctly on other devices and that the issue was limited to your computer. It was most likely related to browser cache, an extension conflict, or a local browser setting.
If you need any further assistance, feel free to contact us anytime. We’re always happy to help!
Best Regards,
