TolisParticipant(on first load)
Hello Support Team,
I’m experiencing a front-end layout issue on a single product page using the WoodMart themeIn the Related Products section, when I hover a related item, the product card moves upward (it “jumps” up) and the whole related grid shifts.
On the first page load, this upward movement can be so strong that the related section overlaps the Elementor header (header appears covered).
If I refresh the page, the layout is mostly normal, but the hover jump still happens.

I have checked your site, and it is working fine.
See Video for clarification: https://jumpshare.com/s/GGxa80gct2KNXgzNuHWU
Please clear your site cache, browser cache, and check the site in incognito mode / another browser to confirm if the issue persists.

TolisParticipantHello Aizaz Imtiaz Awan, thank you for your reply, and apologies for my late response.
There is no caching plugin enabled. In screenshot 1.jpg, you can see the item layout in Incognito mode and after a reload: only the image, product name, and price are shown. This is the correct layout and there is no issue.
In screenshot 2.jpg, you can see the hover state, where the additional elements appear as expected (e.g., description, compare, wishlist, etc.).
However, on the first page load, the layout is broken (screenshot 3.jpg): everything is visible at once—both images, the description, and the compare/wishlist buttons. Basically, the hover/extra elements are rendered on-screen immediately. I believe this is the root of the problem, but I can’t understand why it happens.
Could you please help me identify what causes this behavior and how to fix it?

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards.

March 10, 2026 at 12:43 pm #711868Hello,
I have found that you are using the Elementor pro plugin’s Product widget for the upsells and related products on the single product layout. Please try to use the Woodamrt theme Elementor widget Products (grid or carousel) to how the upsells and related products on the single product page: https://ibb.co/qYd7pCwJ
I am sure your issue will be solved.
Best Regards.
