Theme conflicting with Dokan Plugin

Hi,
It’s a multivendor marketplace. Using the Dokan Plugin. I have done some customization in the child theme, and it was working initially great, but later on, it\’s creating problems.
When I tried to add a product as a seller, I added all information along with images, etc., but when I tried to save the product, the product got instantly published as the setting I have done in the Dokan plugin (It should be in pending review), but it publish instantly.
On the other hand, we are also facing an issue with some products not showing on SHOP page, sometimes products appears but sometime it does not.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?

I tested with other themes like storefront but the issue is still there.
My developer did some custom coding to achieve some fuctionlties so initally for a few days, it was working fine, then this issue started.
Please check again on your side if you are able to do any help.

You have checked with the default theme and the issue remains, which means it is not our theme issue.
Please contact the plugin support in this regard. They will guide you better.
