Doesn’t show me the option to choose/change the quantity

    Hello,

    I don’t know why it doesn’t show me the option to choose/change the quantity.

    In the theme settings, all the quantity options are active.

    Check Theme Settings, Shop, enable ”quantity input on shopping cart widget )

    Shop -> Shop -> Quantity input on shopping cart widget = ON.
    Shop -> Cart -> Update cart on quantity change = ON.
    Shop -> Checkout -> Quantity = ON.

    All settings are ON related to Quantity, the option to change the quantity does not appear.

    Hello,

    Maybe there is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your suggestion.

    I have already deactivated all third-party plugins and kept active only the theme-required plugins, as recommended. Unfortunately, the issue still persists — I am still unable to modify the quantity.

    Since the problem remains even with all third-party plugins disabled, it seems the issue may not be plugin-related.

    Edit the product and in the product data, uncheck the option “Sold individually” and check the issue.
