Set bulk sale for multiple products

Hello! Again great theme.
Now my question is , is there a way (without going through the default product list bulk edit) to set up bulk sales for multiple products , like setting the whole “X” category at 20% or maybe set up a new category “sales” that whatever product I add in that category has a Y% discount ?
