I have 3 websites with Woodmart. 2 of them have perfectly working review sections but there is something strange with the last one. Here is an example of a product page with perfectly working review section: “Link 1”

The problem however occurs on “Link 4”. Here is a product page where there is a problem: “Link 2”
As you can see there is a header “Kundeanmeldelser” (Reviews) but there is no review section to write my reviews. I tried importing reviews and in the backend it then shows up but on the product page its still blank like this. I have no deleted all reviews on this product again but it still should show the section where you can write the reviews. This has occured lately so old reviews is still visible. Like on this product “Link 3” which is the same store there is a list of reviews and a section where one can leave reviews. All new products I add are missing this section but my old products that was here before has the product reviews well intact.

Also is there a way to not show all reviews on product page? Now it seems all reviews comes up so its a lot to scroll through. How can I limit reviews to 30 for example or have a pagination of some sort?

    Hello,

    01. Maybe you are using a custom layout for a single product page, which is built with the WoodMart WooCommerce builder. Simply go to Layouts > edit single product layout and add the product review widget in the layout.

If the issue remains, make sure Reviews is enabled in the WooCommerce > Settings > Product.

Also, make sure Reviews is enabled via the settings of the product > Advanced > Enable reviews:

    02. Please navigate to Settings -> Discussion and enable the option “Break comments into pages”. So as a result, the pagination will be shown when you have a lot of comments.

    Best Regards

Thank you so much! I was able to resolve both problems.

    1. It was not enabled on product > Advanced > Enable reviews. But this was enabled by default before because we have never used this. Is there somewhere we can enable this back to default?

    Hello,

Glad to hear you resolved both issues!

Yes, you can enable reviews by default for all new products.

Please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products

Make sure the option “Enable product reviews” is checked there. This controls reviews globally.

However, the checkbox inside each product (Product > Advanced > Enable reviews) can still override this setting per product.

If new products are not having reviews enabled by default, it’s usually because at some point the global setting was disabled, or a plugin modified the default behavior.

After enabling the global option again, newly created products should have “Enable reviews” checked automatically.

    Best Regards
