How to set the row height to be the same height as a Single image in the WP bakery page builder?

Hello,
The row is flexible in height and it takes the height of the inner element. However, you need to set paddings or insert an empty element if you set an image as a background. Please send the screen of the issue for better understanding.

Please see the attached screenshot, i wanted to make the lady’s head in equal height with the row. For some reason there is some space in the heading area.

Enter row setting, switch to Design tab and make all the margin/paddings zero, then repeat the same with inner column and image element like shown here https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/use-element-design-options-wpbakery-page-builder-wordpress/
