Free Shipping Bar – only for one country possible?

Hi, my customer wants to allow free shipping only for one country. Is it possible to show the free shipping bar only for example for Austria, but not for people coming from Germany?
Also, is it possible to use Free Shipping bar, when using Plugin “Advanced Free Shipping” for free shipping conditions?

2. Yes, you can use the Plugin “Advanced Free Shipping” for free shipping conditions but we can not give you gurantee that it will work completely perfect or not with the theme.
