May be there is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards.

in26itrustParticipantHi, I deactivated all plug-ins as requested. However, this site needs to go live, and it cannot do so without fixing two layout issues or reactivating all plug-ins.
Could you please provide support and an update on how to proceed? I need support and updateMarch 5, 2026 at 2:03 pm #711056Hello,
1. The white gap issue has been solved. I have added the small custom CSS code in the Theme Settigns >> Custom CSS >> Global CSS section:
body header.whb-header.whb-header_832934.whb-sticky-shadow.whb-scroll-stick.whb-sticky-real.whb-sticky-prepared.whb-sticked { background-color: #212121; }2. The footer spacing is caused by one of the categories having too many visible subcategories: https://monosnap.ai/file/tWUjFFXj9ztq8WfmrusA32eVchNHJn
The best solution is that to reorganize their categories into a more compact format. So many sub categories list cretaed the huge gap under the footer.
Best Regards.

in26itrustParticipantHi,
Firstly, this site is for a client, so thank you for the prompt response. I really appreciate it, as it would be unpleasant to leave the client waiting.
Second, regarding “2. The footer spacing,” I was actually planning to ask how to change or remove this long dropdown as a separate support issue. However, I didn’t want to mix different subjects in the same thread.
I will likely have a few more questions about things I need to adjust, so would it be better if we continue within this same topic for now? Is that okay with you?

in26itrustParticipantclient want to see it disabled too so pls also expline hoe to. basically beside “long” sub menu a short how to on the few option we have will be the best
March 5, 2026 at 6:42 pm #711131Hello,
Unfortunately, it is not possible to set the style as Mega Menu style because it’s the default style, and you can turn this ON/OFF from Theme Settings >> Product Archives >> Page Title as per your requirements.
However, you can mark the longest category to be excluded from the options: https://postimg.cc/F1q2RbFG
Best Regards,
