Side bar mega menu not collapsing when clicked

Please see attached video. The side bar mega menu does not always collapse when a category is clicked. As soon as a category is clicked, it should collapse.

First of all update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 8.4.1 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the option.

If the issue remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
If the issue still remains, let me know and I will check and give you a possible solution.

Ok, we will update to the latest version of the theme. We know we are not very far behind on updates. But then you say “check the option”.
What option/setting are you referring to?
