Unable to remove background image of slider theme

    Hi, i have duplicated a default slider in electronics theme, edited it using the elementor slider editor. Everything looks good until i preview the changes and there is another background (old image) that i am unable to delete. Slide settings featured images is empty as well.

    Please help asap

    Please go to Slides >> Edit the slide in Elementor >> From the Elementor page settings >> Image >> Change the image: https://ibb.co/wNDkWsh2

    Otherwise, please share your Site WP-ADMIN Login details in the Private Content field so that we can check this concern on your Site and help you out accordingly.

    I have already changed the image as depicted in the screenshot, yet the old image remains. I have shared the WP access.
    Home Slide 2 has the issue.

    Hi, Please update on the issue it’s already been over 20hours

    Do, we not have a live chat support? i wanted to know more about the single product page layout. There is no descriptions in edit product but its shows up in product page. How does that work? or is my theme still not imported properly? it is mixing electronics with furniture products

    Issue still persists, as u can see the image has a shadow image of the original template watch behind the tv/ ac picture. The template image should not remain in the front end.

    Hello,

    That seems to be coming from the cache because it has not been set anywhere in the settings, So please try to remove the server cache, and then remove the site cache, disable the cache plugins and check back the site again after clearing the browser cache.
