    I have a layout there is active, there is no conditions, but the products is not using the layout.

    Hello,

    Are you using the Elementor Pro plugin as well? If yes, then please check if it has another layout for the Single product page. Please remove it and remove the condition, and check back again.

    Alternatively, please share the page URL along with the site WP Admin URL and Credentials under the private content area of this topic so that I can check and assist you accordingly.
