Hello,
1. Please create the new Menu under Appearance >> Menu without submenus.
2. You can create the new header under WoodMart Header Builder.
3. Add/Insert/Set the new Menu to that new Custom header.
4. Apply that header to the Shop page from Theme Settings >> Single Product: https://postimg.cc/SjDZjFTw
This is how you will be able to achieve your desired result.
