Error while importing prebuild webiste

I have ecom web hosted in WordPress.com and I have bought the theme right now becuase I liked prebuilt theme called vegetables, but when I try to install it it shows me this error – “The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds” I spoke with wordpress they incresed it to 800 seconds, but it didn’t worked. They asked to conctact with builders of theme. Hope you could help me to resolve it. Thanks

Thank you for the access. We checked your site and the import stops at the step where Elementor creates pages. We also tested with a default WordPress theme and the same error persists, so the issue is not related to WoodMart. Here is the recording of our check:

So it looks like the issue is caused either by the plugin itself or the error on the server. It is not something related to the Woodmart theme.

This started to happen when I installed this theme. Before that everything worked correct. I restores web using backup, could you try to install the theme and select vegetables prebuild template of web site, please, to check if it going to work?
