opalamarchuk.01ParticipantGood afternoon. Tell me how to solve the problem with searching for goods on the website in Ukrainian? Previously, the site was in Russian and for some time was translated into Ukrainian and not all products were searched in AJAX search. The example of “Mother” – this is where the Ukrainian letter “i” is not searched – but this problem does not apply to all products… There are products with Ukrainian letters and they are searched – how to solve this problem? Woodmart theme search.

So the issue is on the backend product section where you are trying to find the products in Ukranian language but it is not showing.
Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme and Woocommerce Storefront theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not. Also, please check the site with our theme but only with the theme default plugins activate, and deactivate all the 3rd party plugins from the site.
If it works fine with the default WordPress theme then provide the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
Best Regards

April 3, 2026 at 12:42 pm #715000Hello,
Can we disable third-party plugins?
Best Regards.

opalamarchuk.01ParticipantYes, you can disable it if it helps you find the search problem… Could you please specify which plugins you disabled? Re-enable them after checking.
April 6, 2026 at 10:10 am #715191Hello,
We carefully reviewed your website and found that the change in product order within search results is caused by the Simple Custom Post Order plugin. As soon as we disable it, the product order becomes identical to what is shown on the search page.
