Blog sidebar issue

I’m trying to recreate the sidebar “Recent Posts” section from the Woodmart demo, where post thumbnails appear to the left of the post title, date, and comment count in a clean side-by-side layout.

I’ve attempted using the core WordPress “Latest Posts” block with featured images enabled, but I’m running into issues:

– Without “align left” on the images, thumbnails stack above the titles instead of beside them.
– With “align left” enabled, CSS floats cause subsequent sidebar widgets (Recent Comments, Archives) to wrap up beside the Recent Posts block instead of appearing below it. Separator lines also reappear between items.

I’ve rebuilt the sidebar from scratch multiple times and confirmed this isn’t caused by empty blocks or structural issues — it appears the core WordPress block simply doesn’t support the layout shown in your demo.

Could you let me know which specific widget, block, or shortcode is used in the Woodmart demo to produce the sidebar Recent Posts section with the side-by-side thumbnail layout? I’d like to use the correct Woodmart-native approach rather than trying to force the core block to work.
