How do you connect the Instagram feed comments so they post on the website?

If you want to change or delete that widget from the sidebar, please go to Appearance >> Widgets >> Edit the Main Widget Area >> Find the Instagram widget, change or delete it.

I already have this all set up but it is not working. the widget does not pull in the comments nor update the feed pictures on its own.
