    Hello,

I was to send some promotional emails for wishlists and noticed some very old wishlists, but after a closer look and my own test i figured out that the created date actually displays the date when user created their account.

It has been better if the created date displays the date when the wishlist was created, in this way it will be easier to keep the overview table clean for very old wishlists.

Also there should be a way to see if and when a promotional email was sendt, otherwise it can easily be that customers receive promotional emails to often.

Other than this it seems to work very well 🙂

    Hello,

Could you please clarify and send us a screenshot showing where you check these dates? The user’s wishlist is created simultaneously with the creation of their account. There’s no separate event for the wishlist creation.

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

Ok, that maybe explain why the Date created in the attached image show the date when customer registered its account.

Would it be possible to change that date to last time the wishlist was updated? That would give us a better understanding of customers activity before we eventually delete old maybe unused wishlists.

When looking into my oldest site i have probably hundreds of forgotten wishlists, and also many where emails are dead and/or bounces.

    Hello,

Yes, there is a date of creation, and we can’t change it to “date last added” or something since it may break some functionality. But we will consider adding one more column to the table instead.

    Kind Regards
