Please follow these steps and share the results: switch to a default theme (Storefront or Twenty Twenty‑Four) with the same plugins active.
– Then switch back to WoodMart with WoodMart Core active.
– Record a short video showing how the site behaves in both cases and any CPU/usage graphs during the switch so we can see the difference.Send us your admin access and direct access to the logs file so we can reproduce the issue.
Kind Regards

krupaligoswamiParticipanthi Artem, we tried numerous times, everytime we activate the woodmart core plugin, the site goes down and we have to deactivate the plugin from the hosting and voila the site comes back up again

March 23, 2026 at 5:52 pm #713791March 23, 2026 at 6:44 pm #713799Hi, thanks for the update and we understand the urgency.
To move forward and pinpoint the cause, please provide the following so we can reproduce and analyze it safely:
– Video comparison
– Switch to a default theme (Storefront or Twenty Twenty‑Four) with the same plugins active and show how the site/CPU behaves.
– Then switch back to WoodMart with WoodMart Core active and show the behavior.
– Record your screen with the CPU/resource usage graph visible during both switches so we can see the difference.– Admin access
– Temporary WordPress admin credentials (username and password) for https://nailsuppliesmumbai.in/wp-admin
– Share these in the forum’s Private Content field.– Logs access
– Direct access or a download of your server error log and access log that cover the time when WoodMart Core is activated and the 503 occurs.
– If available, also include any hosting panel logs for the same timeframe.– CPU monitoring
– Access to your Hostinger resource/CPU monitoring tool or a screen recording/screenshots of the CPU, memory, and I/O graphs while you perform the above test.Once we have the video comparison, admin access, and the logs/monitoring data, we’ll investigate right away.

krupaligoswamiParticipantAttached is the Error Log for the webiste
March 25, 2026 at 3:44 pm #714099
krupaligoswamiParticipanti am unable to upload the log as it exceeds the file size limit allowed by your forum
i have already given you the access to the wordpress section. did you notice? as soon as the core plugin is activated, the website spikes on the usage
i’ve uploaded a resource usage log again as you can see, as soon as i activate the core plugin, the usage spikes and as soon as its deactivated from the server, the usage drops.
Your Woodmart core plugin is causing this issue.
i was using soledad earlier and never had this issue. switched because woodmart had ecommerce features which i am unable to use now!

+91 9702709889March 26, 2026 at 10:05 am #714169Hi and thanks for the updates. We understand the urgency and that the site hits 503s right after activating WoodMart Core.
To pinpoint the cause, we still need the items requested earlier. At the moment we don’t have a video comparison or direct access to your resource/CPU monitoring, so we can’t correlate the spike with specific requests or processes. Please provide the following so we can reproduce and analyze safely:
What to capture and share
– Screen recording with resource graphs: Record your screen showing Hostinger’s CPU, RAM, and I/O graphs while you:
1) Switch to a default theme (Storefront or Twenty Twenty‑Four) with the same plugins active.
2) Switch back to WoodMart with WoodMart Core active.
Keep all caching/CDN layers disabled during this test and note exact timestamps.
– Admin access: Temporary WordPress admin credentials (username and password) for your site. Share these in the forum’s Private Content field.
– Logs covering the spike: Server error log and access log for the period when the 503 happens with WoodMart Core active. If the file is large, share a downloadable link or provide the last few hundred lines around the exact time of the spike.
– Real‑time monitoring: Either grant read access to Hostinger’s resource monitor for us or include a screen recording that clearly shows the CPU/RAM graphs while performing the theme/plugin switches above.Additional checks to run (and keep in place for our review)
– Disable all non‑theme third‑party plugins and leave only essentials active (e.g., WooCommerce, your page builder if used, WoodMart Core). Clear/disable all caches before testing.
– If you use a child theme, switch temporarily to the WoodMart parent theme.
– Ensure the theme and WoodMart Core are updated to the latest versions via WoodMart -> Plugins.March 26, 2026 at 5:10 pm #714245
krupaligoswamiParticipantcan i provide hostinger read access to you so you can check all these as its a hassle to record videos and stuff
March 27, 2026 at 10:21 am #714284Hello,
Yes, you can provide us with the access and step-by-step instructions on how to monitor CPU usage in realtime so we can check this.
Kind Regards
