Missing Elementor Product Loop widgets & Hidden Excerpt on mobile

I am experiencing two major issues with my WoodMart installation that prevent me from customizing my shop:
1. Missing Free Product Loop Widgets in Elementor
The free WoodMart product widgets (like Product Title, Product Image, Product Excerpt) are completely missing from the Elementor panel. Elementor only shows locked “Pro” widgets. I DO NOT have Elementor Pro installed. Also, the option to enable these widgets in “Theme Settings -> Performance -> Plugins” is completely missing from my dashboard.
2. Cannot show Product Excerpt on Mobile Grid
I want to display the short description (Excerpt) under the product image on mobile devices. However, the theme’s JS/CSS automatically hides it on mobile. I cannot disable this behavior because the “Products styles” tab (which usually contains the “Hide excerpt on mobile” toggle) is entirely missing from my Theme Settings -> Product archive menu.
Could you please check why these core settings and widgets are missing from my dashboard and tell me how to force the Excerpt to be visible on mobile?

1. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

I did exactly as you asked. I deactivated the 3rd party plugins (only Elementor, WooCommerce, and Woodmart Core are active), cleared the cache, but the \”product item\” layout issue is exactly the same. The problem is definitely within the theme settings/structure.

1. The widgets youâre looking for are only available in the Single Product Page Builder. You can find and access them by navigating to WoodMart â Layouts â Single Product, as these elements are specifically designed for the single product page only: https://postimg.cc/PC6SQdrG
2. For the Shop and Category archive pages, you can style the products with the available options under WoodMart >> Theme Settings >> Product Archive >> Product Loop, Alternatively you can design your own Custom product loop style and apply it on your site.
