Please look at this Topic that I opened a few months ago to familiarize yourself with the case. JS Code that was recognized as malicious is back again and causing problems for the client.

I thought we solved this, but we didn’t. Please help me locate the JS code that is causing the problem you will find in this link and give me some guidance on how to fix this problem once and for all so it doesn’t happen again.

    Hello,

I have checked the site in the Incognito browser and there is no issue found. Please open your site in a Private/Incognito window where extensions are disabled. If the card fields appear there, the issue is local to your browser.

I have checked in incognito browser and did not find any issue: https://ibb.co/9kkb8gZZ

    Best Regards.

My friend, if you had looked at the Topc in the link I sent you, you would have known that this Field was the problem.

Why don’t you ever take a detailed look at the information provided to you???

We never activated that field, and the JS code forces it to appear.

A client just called me and said that someone left their payment card details but the purchase was not completed.

Come on please look at what I sent you on the link I sent you so we can talk further.

The JS code that was discovered last time forces the payment card data input field to appear and my client uses the payment on delivery option. See picture attached!

    Hello,

Sorry, sir, but I have already read the complete old topic as well.

Also, I have checked the checkout page with the WP default theme Twenty Twenty five, the issue is still there, see the screenshot: https://ibb.co/r2vCgtq1 So there is no issue with the theme, the issue is from any 3rd party plugin or WooCommerce settings. Please ask the WooCommerce plugin support about this issue.

I hope you can understand the situation.

    Best Regards.

No, I don’t understand and I don’t want to understand. All I understand is that no one should ever buy a Woodmart theme and pay for your support because you’re not worth it!

Last time you helped locate the JS code within the theme and now you are switching me to Woocommerce.

    Thanks for nothing!

    Hello,

But Sir, at the moment, this input has disappeared, which makes it impossible to investigate the issue.

I remember this issue. But at the moment, from my side, I don’t see any external input. Do you see it now?
