i can not save settings in backend of woodmart

    hi

    i want to make changes to my woodmart settings. but when i hit save button, it refreshes the page and the settings are old again. so it is not possible to make any changes.
    i already talked to hosting, checked php version, upgraded the plugin etc etc. nothing helps.

    please help me out with this.

    it is the same behaviour on all settings, so the theme is not useable right now. any idea?

    sorry for stressing, but it really is urgend, our live site is not useable like this. we have multiple shop categories visible and can not remove anything

    hey there,
    we just got off a call with our hosting team.
    we have tried everything. caching is disabled and there really is no single error on hosting or server.

    it is not possible to save ANY settings or change anything on woodmart right now. please check the video.
    i have also sent you the credentials to the site, please check it it is really urgent.

    can you please inspect the site? we really think this is a crucial bug on your theme here

    Have you tried to disable all the third party plugins and checking? I can see the plugins are still active on your site,
    Please follow the instructions listed in my last reply:
