Clone Website

I wish to safely clone an existing licensed website, and register the new cloned website under a new licence.
1. I have a website registered under a properly purchased licence. (Website-A)
2. I like the website layout and construction and wish to duplicate it for another niche (i.e create Website-B)
3. Obviously, I will purchase a new licence for Website-B

Here is what I am thinking of doing:
a. clone Website-A (using something like All-in-one-WP Migration) and export the back-up files
b. purchase a new Woodmart theme licence
c. create a new WP install under the new domain / upload the exported Website-A back-up files
d. deactivate the original licence in the cloned website (i.e. Website-B)
e. install the new theme files from the new licence (thereby activating the new licence code)
e. update Woodmart Core plugin
