Field required TM EXTRA OPTIONS doesn’t work

Hello guys,
I have an issue on a website. I have a checkbox name “Poza”, after you check it, will show an upload field, where the client need to upload an image.
The issue it’s if the client check the box but he doesn’t upload the image he can still add to cart to product, without that image, eveen the field it’s required in the extra options.
I think it’s a issue from the theme because on space, on umbriel theme, we don’t have the same issue and the fields from tm extra options ar the same.
I also tested with only the original theme, without theme child or only with the required plugin, woocommerce, woodmart core, tm extra options and the issue persist.
Can you help me with this? I will let the link directly to an product with the form.

Please try to disable the AJAX add to cart option in Theme Settings and test how it works. Let us know if it helps.

But we really want to keep the ajax function.

This option doesn’t work with custom fields like this. It is mentioned in the feature description. Unfortunately, it is not possible to adapt this AJAX request to all the plugins that add custom fields to the form.

Your right, if we disable the Ajax from the theme it’s working.
It’s possible to solve this to work also with Ajax? On vega theme it’s working perfectly.
