Thanks for the details. Since you are using Gutenberg, the homepage slider you see is the Gutenberg Slider block, not the classic WoodMart Slides post type. The Slides admin (Dashboard -> Slides) is used only when working with Elementor/WPB sliders, so you won’t see or delete those Gutenberg slides there.
How to delete slides in Gutenberg:
1) Edit your homepage in Gutenberg.
2) Open the List View (block tree) from the top toolbar.
3) Find the Slider block and expand it to see its Slide Item blocks.
4) Select the slide you want to remove, click the three dots menu, and choose Remove.
5) Update the page.
You can also reorder slides by dragging the Slide Item blocks in the List View, or remove the whole slider by removing the Slider block.
If you intended to use the classic WoodMart Slider (Dashboard -> Slides), that workflow is for Elementor/WPB only. In that case you would need to switch to one of those builders to manage slides via the Slides section. Otherwise, please manage your slides directly on the page as described above.
